Ground floor · Move Pilates building
Phan Rang, Ninh Thuận

The room is not built yet. That is the point.

Ten founding memberships pay for the wall, the door, the light and the coffee bar. The room opens when the ten are full — and the ten people who paid for it are the only members until the first year is up.

Founding · ten only

The Plaque

10.000.000₫

3 of the ten

  • Your number struck on the wall, in brass, on opening night
  • It never rotates. Renew or don’t — 004 is yours for the life of this room
  • Everything a seat includes, without exception

The Seat

5.000.000₫

7 of the ten

  • The same room, the same hours, the same price locked for life
  • Walk away and the seat goes back in the pool for somebody else
  • Still one of ten. There is no eleventh chair in here

paid once · twelve months

10 of 10 still open

A founding number carries. Whatever this room becomes next — evenings, a filming room, another door down the hall — the ten are in first, at their own rate. Number 004 stays number 004.

What a founding number gets you

  • One hour a month with the whole room to yourself. Door shut. Bring whoever you like, up to every seat in it, at no extra charge
  • Two more hours a month in the shared room, for the times it does not need to be private
  • You book fourteen days ahead. Everyone else gets three
  • A guest comes in with you free, every time. More of them at 150.000₫ each, if there are seats
  • Member rates on every hour beyond those three, for as long as you hold a number
  • Your beans and your cup on the shelf, with your name on them
  • Your price never moves. When the rate goes up, yours does not
  • First refusal on your own renewal, and opening night before anyone else

How you get in

01 · ASK

You send your name

The form at the bottom of this page. No payment, no account, no app to install.

02 · REPLY

I answer on Zalo

Within a day, with your number, whether it is a plaque or a seat, what it includes in writing, and the account to pay into. You can still say no here.

03 · BOOK

You pick the hour

On your phone. Hosted hours are marked — that is when I am in there making it.

04 · CODE

A code arrives

Yours, for your hour only. It stops working when your hour ends, and it works whether or not the internet does.

05 · IN

You let yourself in

Past the front hall, through the door. Nobody greets you unless you asked for that. Leave it as you found it — that is the whole house rule.

Before you ask

Is this a cafe?
No. You are not buying a drink, you are buying an hour of a quiet private room that happens to have very good coffee in it. If you want a coffee to go, Phan Rang has three hundred better options and all of them are cheaper.
What is the difference between a plaque and a seat?
Inside the room, nothing — same hours, same rates, same booking window. The difference is what happens if you ever leave. A plaque is struck on the wall and the number never rotates, whether or not you renew. A seat goes back in the pool for somebody else. Three plaques and seven seats. That is the whole ten.
Do my hours roll over if I do not use them?
Your private hours do, up to 3. Shared hours end with the month. It is capped on purpose — so somebody who travels for two months comes back to three hours, not twelve, and the room stays bookable for everyone else.
Can I hold a meeting in there? How many of us?
That is most of what it is for. On your own private hour, bring whoever you like up to every seat, at no extra charge. Booking one outright is 900.000₫ for up to 4 of you, then 150.000₫ a head — and if you fill every seat, the second hour is on the house.
What if the internet is down and my code does not work?
The lock holds your code in its own memory and runs on batteries, so it opens whether or not anything else in the building is working. If it ever does not, you call me and I come down.
What happens after twelve months?
You are asked first, before any new member, and you renew at your founding price — not whatever the price has become. If you say no: a plaque stays yours and that number is never issued again; a seat returns to the pool for the next person. Ten in the life of this room, either way.

Take a founding number

Nothing is charged here. This tells me who you are so I can send you the number, the agreement and the account to pay into.

Three plaques. Seven seats. There is no eleventh.
